Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here is how cancellations and modifications are handled.

Cancellation window

Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival, or no-shows, may not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.

The specific cancellation terms for your stay will always be confirmed in writing when your booking is finalized, and those terms take precedence over this general policy.

Changing your dates

If your travel plans change, contact us as early as possible — we’re happy to try to move your reservation to different dates, subject to availability.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method and are typically processed within a few business days of approval.

Exceptional circumstances

In cases of serious unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), we will work with you in good faith to find a fair solution, such as rescheduling your stay.
