Booking Terms

These terms apply to stays booked through Kamaria Apartments, Leonidio.

How booking requests work

Submitting our online booking form is an enquiry, not an automatically confirmed reservation. Once we receive your request, we will reply by email to confirm availability, final rates, and any deposit required. Your booking is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from us.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. If you need an earlier check-in or later check-out, let us know in your message and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

Rates and payment

Rates depend on the season, room type, and length of stay, and will be confirmed with you directly. A deposit may be requested to secure your reservation, with the balance payable during your stay. Payment details will be provided at the time of confirmation.

Guest information

In line with Greek accommodation regulations, all guests are required to present a valid ID or passport at check-in.

House rules

We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours, refrain from smoking indoors, and take care of the apartment and its furnishings. Please let us know in advance if you are travelling with pets.
